Disclaimer

  1. In the event of an industrial disruption, or other unforeseen circumstances that disrupt the event, the event organisers accept no responsibility.

  2. The information on the event website and in the printed collateral is correct at the time of publication however, the event organisers reserve the right to change information.

  3. The event organisers disclaim any and all liability to any person in respect of the consequences of any failure to operate, accident or injury which may occur on services reserved and ticketed by Feast Whakatū or where operator error or accident is the cause.

BOOKING & TICKET CONDITIONS

  1. Feast Whakatū will take place regardless of the weather (within reason).

  2. The right is reserved to add, withdraw or substitute the advertised programme.

  3. Legal photographic I.D. may be required to be shown to prove a ticket-holder is over 18.

  4. I.D. may be required to be shown to prove a ticket-holder is under 18 to receive free entry.

  5. All bags/containers brought into an event may be subject to a full search.

  6. Intoxicated persons will not be served alcohol and will be required to leave an event.

  7. Purchase of a ticket automatically grants permission to official event photographers to take event photographs that may feature the image of the ticket holder. Photographic rights will be retained by Feast Whakatū and the images may be used for future marketing of Feast Whakatū.

  8. The right of admission is reserved.

  9. Feast Whakatū tickets will be refunded if the event is cancelled by the event organiser for reasons outside of our control. Please note that tickets cannot be refunded due to a change of mind.

  10. Each Feast Whakatū event is run independently by an event host, please contact the event host for any questions relating to the event
